My boyfriend is sick and i need to know whats going on!?!?

My boyfriend has been sick for almost three weeks and I am really worried. It started off as a huge migrane so he took some pain pills but it didnt help. His migrane never went away and then a couple days later he started getting a sore throat too. It got so bad that he was coughing and loosing his voice and could barely talk. Even his friend told me he looked horrible when he slept over his house and chugged gles of water and slept in til noon. So finally my boyfriends mom took him to the doctor last tuesday and the doc said that he might have a sinus infection so they gave him some antibiotics that he has to take twice a day for ten days. The next day, his migrane was gone but his throat was still really bad and so was his coughing. Then by the end of last week, he started getting bloodclots in his nose and he only gets that when hes sick. But the bloody nose didnt last for too long and only happened like 3 times this time. Last time he was sick he had it everyday. Anyway, yesterday he threw up his dinner and today it happened again. He has been sick for 9 days and I am really worried. he has never been this sick and he never feels like doing anything anymore. Everytime I call to check up on him, he sounds exhausted and manages to say a few sentences but today he told me to leave him alone. I actually blew up on him yesterday and today because of his sickness and i feel horrible for that cuz its definately not his fault. I'm just so worried about him that it makes me mad and i miss him soo much. can someone please tell me whats going on with him and what he has? thank you!
