Should you complain to the management of local councils if they print council leaflets etc in any language?

Sorry I live in Spain and anything in any official office is in Spanish!! That's it, if you can't speak or understand Spanish it's your problem to bring an interpreter/translator with you or tough luck!! It works well here, but then again the Spanish government are not afraid of what others may say, not politically correctly brain dead, and don't give a sh*t if you like it or you don't. End of story. Their attitude is...........if you want to live and settle in our country........learn our ways, our language (if you can) and our laws if not don't come. the UK should be the same.
