Can I get into a good U.C?

Are there any chances for me getting into UC Berkeley, Davis, L.A or Irvine? I have G.P.A of 3.5 but it will be 3.8 after this semester (I am a junior right now) and I just migrated from India this year so I am struggling with English (hopefully colleges are going to see that.) I had 4.0 every year in India. I am doing community services also. I am member of several clubs and I will be president of two clubs next year. What should be my SAT score in order to get into Berkeley engineering school? And what should I improve please give your suggestions because I have no idea what does the colleges in America look for.
