Why inervene in Libya,what makes it so different? There are Civil Wars and atrocities everywhere,Right?

I guess 0bama is just engaging in more "War for Oil",but didn't he oppose that before? Or is it okay when his European friends Oil Supply is threatened?(God knows he could care less if we had to pay $90 a gallon for Gas)
