How do I obtain a police report from Stark County, Ohio?

I tried looking on their website, but I can't find anything. Please give me specific directions for obtaining a report from Stark County, not in general. I can't find any info on their sheriff's website. (Not surprising, considering the corruption in that joke of a station.)
