What do you think of these names for a girl?

I like Mia or Bianca best. Mia can be pronounced (Me-a) or (My-a) I like (My-a) best. My cousin's daughter is Mia (Me-a) and to me when I see it on paper I think it should be (My-a) I think that poor girl will be correcting people her whole life. I don't like the weird spellings ex you have Alyson, i think it's best to be Alison so she is not always having to correct people. This is just my opinion.
