What does your pet do to get your attention? What do you do to get theirs?

I'm not really talking about the usual whining or "eyes", but something more, like jumping on the bed, grabbing your pjs, and running down the stairs when he wants to go to bed, or scratching the door (the international "let me out" signal) and then coyly dropping down into the cutsie stretch when you ask if he was futzing around. Do you make a special sound or say something (not come 'ere, dammit) to get their attention, or when you just want to drive them nuts- like a certain squeak you make means playtime or chowtime, or doggie (or kitty) language you use to communicate?
