Help finding/making friends?

i have never been a person to hang out with my friends, i started dating my now husband when i was 15 yrs. old, so if ever i went out with friends it was always with 1 couple inparticular that my bf(my now hub.) would go out with, they are no longer a couple, & my husband has turned into a nonsocial person who just likes to stay home, & not do anything(of coarse there's nothing really to do in our local town) but i'm like really bummed because i have no friends to hang out w/ now, & dont know how to meet any except maybe online, & that's not easy either. i cant drive, so i have no way to go anyplace to socialize, my main upset is i have no social life.the population of my town is like 170,& by the way i'm 33 y/o now, would it really be so bad to have an we have a 12 y/o child would having an affair be so bad for companionship?
