Jeep grand cherokee runs rough sometimes?

I have a 1995 jeep grand cherokee v8. when i first start it up it runs strong , but after its starts to warm up it will idle fine but start to buck and sputter like its not getting fuel or something. Then if I pull over and shut it off for 5 or 10 seconds and start it back up its fine for a few minutes , then it starts doing it again. does this sound like an electrical prob or sensor? there is no check engine lite on also.
