When you drop your plectrum on the floor....?

HOW THE HELL does it manage to travel across the whole friggin room! (exaggeration) I spend 10 mins on my floor searching for the pick and then you look up...Oh yeah! Of course! There it is, on the verrrrrry edge of my chair. Once it decided to hop into a vent space in my computer. How the ****! It falls off your desk, then you know you're in for it. 'ahhh, here we go again'.
