What toys should I give my extremely chewy lab?

My Black Lab, Nellie, will eat ANY toy I give her. She is about a year and a half, and will chew through pretty much any toy we've given her. Our only surviving toy is a large sized red dumbell for the mighty chewers. What toy should I try now?
