Wart/ canker sore on lip?

I have had this wart like/ canker sore on my inner lip. I have no idea what this is but I think I have had it for about a year. I doesn't hurt or bother me but I do want this thing removed or treated. Does anyone know what this is or who do I go see?? A dermatologist or a dentist??
