Does my book sound good?

A man is a killer. He kills a man. The mans brother is furious and tracks down the murder. He knocks him unconscious. The killer wakes up confused. He is in a very small room. There's a toilet but that's all. There is a tv. On the tv is the brother and the brother sadistically tortures the man and te rest is just how he feels. Oh an if he breaks the tv he dies. So he has to try to not go insane and break the tv and suffers. It is supposed to be gruesome and disturbing. Sorry I'm in a rush so I'm being very vague.
