Do i need any types of licenses or stamp if im under 16 (in nj if it makes a difference)?

i want to go fishing this summer and im under 16 so i know i dont need a fishing license, but do i need a trout stamp if im fishing in trout stocked waters, or am i also exempt from that, or do i need one? also do i need anything else to fish pretty much anywhere or is there some kind of stamp i should get? also i heard some stuff about fishing permits how do those work and where/how do you get them, and do they apply to me since im under 16? and again i live in new jersey if that changes anything
