Can you go in the military if you have an injury more specificially if you have pins in your knee.?

I was supposed to go in about 10 years ago i tore my ACL and I would have only been a few months out of my surgery before I was already to go in. So they gave me either an Honorable Discharge or a General Discharge i'm not sure. But I would like to try and go back in again, do you think they would let me in. I have full range of my knee, works good and everything. The only thing is I have pins in it.
