Army National Guard Training?

do your exercise routine slow at FIRST and build up to it , dint worry the army will shape you up in no time, toss you in pork chop platoon if you don't cut it until you do, but over all don't worry about you'll do fine if you don't sabotage yourself mentally, its all about keeping a cool head, I was in the marines and was quite slim then years later joined up with the army reserves and was a little over at 24% guess they upped it to let in a greater amount of recruits...
