Any nutritionist and trainers on here? I need you...?
I dont know if im eating the right stuff & doingthe right workout for my body and goals. Im 5'1 and 140 lbs, goals are 115-120 lbs. Im counting cals but im trying to do the "in moderation thing" cuz i just cant cut out chocolate entirely or I end up binging, i drink tons of water, i never drink soda or anything else. I have desk job so im not active unless i go to the gym (i usually spin) or walk on the tredmill (i have one at hm) can anyone suggest a regiment i can follow that maybe can get me on better track, i just don t think the plan i have for myself is going to do the trick since i am not a professional at this...help. Im just asking for general fitness & dietary plans that can be implemented thru inside and gym exercise and hm cooking. Ps i love chocolate and chicken, hate veggies except carrots and greenbeans...if that helps.
